Privacy Policy

Flipspark is published by Falo Games. This policy explains what information the game and this website handle, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because there is not much to tell.

The game

Progress stays on your device. Your campaign progress, records, character, settings, saved runs and duel codes are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not run an account system and do not upload your progress to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Friend duels work by exchanging a code between you and a friend. Codes describe a board and a result, not your identity. Share them only with people you choose.

Game Center. If you sign in to Game Center, Apple handles achievement synchronization under Apple's own privacy terms. This is optional.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple gives us anonymous receipts so we can restore what you bought.

Advertising. The free version may show ads through Google AdMob. Before any personalized ad is shown you are asked for consent, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt applies. You can change these choices any time in Settings › Privacy options inside the game. With ads removed, no ad SDK requests are made. Google's use of data is described in Google's partner policy.

Analytics. The game does not include third-party analytics.

This website

The website is static. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) for security and to keep the site running; these are kept briefly and not combined with other data. The site sets no cookies, has no analytics, and embeds no third-party trackers.

Children

Flipspark is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where required, ads are served in a non-personalized mode for users under the applicable age of consent.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we hold no account data about you, most requests concern Apple or Google, whose policies are linked above. For anything else, reach us through the Falo Games contact page.

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated and the new version published here.
