These terms cover the Flipspark game for iOS and this website, both operated by Falo Games. By playing or browsing you agree to them.

The app licence

The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Nothing here reduces the rights that agreement or your local consumer law gives you.

Using Flipspark

Play for fun. Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the app or its assets, and do not tamper with saves, duel codes or purchase receipts. Friend duels are unranked and depend on honest play between friends; there is no server-side enforcement.

The game's artwork, wordmark, sounds, music and code are owned by Falo Games or licensed to it. Outfit is used under the SIL Open Font License.

Saves and availability

Progress is stored only on your device. There is no cloud save in this release; if you delete the app or change device, progress is not recoverable. We may update, change or discontinue features, and updates may be required to keep playing.

Purchases and ads

When enabled, Flipspark offers two optional in-app purchases, sold and processed by Apple: Remove Ads, a one-time purchase that can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID, and Pocket Sunshine, a consumable pack of five extra-energy charges for solo Powered Atelier play. Consumable charges are stored on the device and are not restorable once used. There are no subscriptions, cash prizes or paid competitive advantages. Refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store policies and your applicable consumer rights.

The free version may display ads. Ads never interrupt a board in progress.

Flipspark is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Falo Games is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app or website. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
